No Knees Down Yoga Course
Do you have to pad your knees or avoid certain kneeling poses during a yoga practice? Yes? Then, this class is for you! No knees down, means exactly that! In this course we will access all the key target areas of a traditional yoga class – hips, shoulders, low back, wrists, ankles, neck etc - AND keep our knees off the mat. Please join me in this eight-week course and get your yoga work out in without knee pressure pain! This is an all yoga levels course. No previous yoga experience is necessary. Mats (bring your own if you like), straps, and blocks will be provided.
