Join Tam in this lunch hour power yoga class with forty minutes of fast paced vinyasa flow. Incorporating standing poses, balancing poses, back bends and lots of vinyasas (plank, chaturanga, up-dog). At end of this strong practice, there will be a five minute cool down followed by a three minute savasana. Some level of experience is preferred. Fridays 12:10 - 12:50 pm. $15.00 drop in rate.
