No Flow Yoga
Each Asana is an individual pose and we will move through the poses individually with-out flow. If the phrase “take a vinyasa” (the sequence of plank, chaturanga, up dog) makes you cringe, REJOICE in the knowledge that there will be no vinyasas! Modifications and propping will be explored in all key postures. This class will have a good balance of strengthening, stretching and restorative poses and is appropriate for all levels of practitioners.
