Yoga at Carlos City Park
Move your body and stretch it out with Tam in this 45 minute all levels class. We will get in some amazing shoulder stretches, build some heat with a few sun salutations, take a vinyasa or two along the way (only if you like), settle in to a couple of warrior poses and cool down with some nice slow seated stretches.
Please note: no props or mats will be provided for this class due to COVID 19 and each practitioner is asked to bring their own mat, or a towel or blanket to practice on and any props you may be accustomed to practicing with.
Since we will be practicing outside masks will not be required.
