Yoga with Tam: All Levels Yoga for Mobility
Yoga is a very effective practice for maintaining and/or increasing mobility. Moving into, holding and moving out of specific postures helps strengthen and stretch muscle groups thereby relieving tension, increasing mobility and reducing pain.
